How a customer gave us a great variation.

Michelle B. from Alexandria, VA suggested we try something different with our Buddhist wrist malas. The tassel on the mala can sometimes be ticklish if not downright bothersome. So we tried putting a knot and we tried putting nothing at all. Well, having nothing at all won out and we even reinforced the material used to string the beads. Thanks Michelle!!

This beautiful Mala is made of 21 light yak bone beads with matching marker beads and guru bead.

The Yak's bone is used to honor their passing. The more we contemplate death, the more fruitful our life becomes.

The twenty one beads are approximately 9 mm in diameter, strung on extra strong elastic thread. This mala will fit a wrist that is 6 inches around and stretches out to 12 inches around. The tassel is made of 100% cotton.

Made in the Himalayan kingdoms with Love and Prayers.

Comes with imported silk pouch (design and colors will vary), supporting women and children in the Kathmandu valley of Nepal.
