Do you offer a warranty on your rosaries and prayer beads?
A: We have an unconditional 30-day money back warranty on all quantities ordered under 50 pieces of our rosaries and religious prayer beads. This ensures when you receive your shipment you can verify it is the right product for you. We want all our customers to have the satisfaction that they found the right rosary and religious prayer bead store on the internet. If you order 50 or more pieces please be advised that all sales are final. If you are not sure if it is the right product, order just a few pieces and then when you are satisfied with your purchase then place an order for the rest. We will also make sure you receive an appropriate discount for all.

How do you ship and how much does it cost?
A: We ship all our rosaries and religious prayer beads via FedEx or United States Postal Service. In most cases we use Fedex for shipments in the United States. We have found this to be the safest and most economical way to ensure our customers receive their orders in pristine condition in a timely manner.
For shipments going to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii we will use the United States Postal Service. We provide insurance and delivery confirmation but are unable to provide any type of tracking for you if we use the USPS. International shipments are sent via USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance covered in most cases.
Shipping is calculated by the shopping cart when you place an order. In most cases, shipping is absolutely FREE! The exact shipping costs are determined by weight of the package and the zip code of the shipping destination if outside the United States.
What is the order processing and shipping time?
A: We make every effort to ship all rosaries and religious prayer beads within two business days from the time your order is received. In most cases, you should receive your rosaries or religious prayer beads within one week. With larger orders we will notify you of the time it takes to make and send them out.
